Last Saturday night at 9:40 p.m., I sat watching C-SPAN as the House of Representatives passed a healthcare reform bill. Then I watched the radical right go indiscriminately crazy. Life on campus is about to change, as the campus is about to receive cell coverage. Principia’s own cell phone tower is scheduled to go online sometime next week (11/16 – 11/20). The construction of the tower cost Principia little, as sponsor AT&T hopes to make profit by selling phones and coverage plans to Principia students and employees.
